Re: Poshest West Ham players

A scroll through the list of West Ham Players produced the following double-barrelled names. Let's hope Ward-Prouse has a more distinguished career than they did!
Appiah-Forson, Keenan 2 appearances as sub-2021-22 Parfitt-Williams, Djair 2 appearances as sub 2015 Powell-Bossons, P 1 appearance [ww 2] 1945
PS We have also had a King and a couple of Nobles and there was one Featherstone which would be posh if he pronounced it Fanshshaw :)

Who was the Egyptian who played for just a one pound fish a week?
Mido, wasn't it?
He was a bit posh, I think. At least his family was loaded.

Sir Trev comes to mind as being probably being the most cultured player to play for us.
